Renaissance-style château with 5.22 hectares of parkland and outbuildings.

This elegant château, built in 1879 in a Neo-Renaissance style, comprises a two-story rectangular main building with mullioned windows, while large dormer windows illuminate the attic. To the east, a right-angled pavilion is topped with a high gable. To the west, a slender corner turret, built of red brick with black diamond patterns, is crowned with an elegant pepperpot roof.

In the 1930s, a double staircase and a large terrace with sculpted balusters were added, offering panoramic views extending to the Puy-de-Dôme.

Facing due south onto its 5.22-hectare park, it offers approximately 328.76 m² of living space.
